It’s based on the memories of my childhood. Eating fruit freshly picked from the vines/tree, enjoying that delicious spice, and the smell of a freshly brewed coffee in the a.m.
Cocktail Inspiration

Ingredients
- 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 30 Ml. Vodka
- 15 Ml. Cafe Bustelo Coffee
- 22 Ml. Pear syrup
- 2 Dashes Habanero Bitters
- 2 Drops Sage Fresh Leaves (whole)
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Muddle in the 2 Sage leaves
- Add in the rest of your ingredients
- Shake with ice
- Double strain into a chilled coupe
- Optional: garnish with an expressed orange peel (flaming only for the photo)
