Cocktail Inspiration

Finding the balance betweek spice and smootb

Ingredients

  • 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 30 Ml. Vodka
  • 15 Ml. Cafe Bustelo Coffee
  • 22 Ml. Pear syrup
  • 2 Dashes Habanero Bitters
  • 2 Drops Sage Fresh Leaves (whole)

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Muddle in the 2 Sage leaves
  • Add in the rest of your ingredients
  • Shake with ice
  • Double strain into a chilled coupe
  • Optional: garnish with an expressed orange peel (flaming only for the photo)

  • Pour Over Coffee
