I am a lover of cocktails and drinks, thanks to that I have met many people whom I can now call friends and family, I personally love this cocktail because of the way in which I was gradually learning and discovering even more of liquor 43.

Cocktail Inspiration

Inspired by a martini espresso

Ingredients

• 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 45 Ml. Sherry infused with coffee and cilantro
• 1 Ml. Saline mixture
• 5 Ml. Orange juice

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• In a shaker we pour ice, liquor 43, sherry infused with coffee and cilantro , We also add our saline mixture and orange juice
• While we work on the shaker and our liquid, we cool our martinera.
• We stir for 15 seconds and then serve with a double strainer, garnish with a false coffee coral

Coffee Preparation

• We add 25 grams of ground coffee in dry sherry
• Once we leave it infused for 4 hours, we strain and heat, during this process we add Creole cilantro
• After having left cooling, we sneak into a sky blanket.
