Sour Banana B



I started to squeeze an orange juice and make myself a coffee. That’s when I came up with the idea! To develop a brunch cocktail that wakes you up, gives you energy, is sour & sweet and also rustic


  • 20 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 90 Ml. Orange juice
  • 30 Ml. Espresso UicafĂ© Hausmischung
  • 50 Ml. Milk
  • 1 Ml. Cinnamon powder (1gram)
  • 50 Ml. banana (50g)


Cocktail Preparation
  • Add 90 ml of orange juice to the glass.
  • Grind 13 grams of espresso beans and put them in the portafilter and let the espresso pass through at 94 degrees Celsius. Now pour the espresso into the cocktail shaker.
  • Add 50 ml Milk to the cocktail shaker.
  • Add 1 gram of fine cinnamon powder to the cocktail shaker.
  • Add 20 ml of Licor 43 Original to the cocktail shaker
  • Shake 15-30 seconds until everything is nicely mixed.
  • Now pour everything from the cocktail shaker through a sieve into the glass.
  • Now put a small banana(50g) in the drink.
Coffee Preparation
  • Grind 13 grams of light dark roasted espresso beans. ( I used UiCafĂ© Hausmischung: Guatemala, Brasilien, Indien, Kenia
  • Make the ground coffee into a precision portafilter sieve.
  • Use a tamper to create a nice flat coffee bed in the portafilter.
  • Now let the espresso(30ml) run at 94 degrees Celsius.
