I get much of my inspiration from traveling. Here I used Puerto Rican rum, coffee, and two ingredients—coconut and banana—that are common in Puerto Rico. The Licor 43 is the perfect missing piece to round out this tiki-inspired cocktail.

Ingredients
- 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 30 Ml. Puerto Rican arabica medium roast
- 45 Ml. Havana Club Añejo Clasico rum
- 15 Ml. Giffard Banane du Bresil liqueur
- 15 Ml. Thai Kitchen unsweetened coconut cream
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Add all ingredients to a shaker
- Whip shake
- Strain through fine mesh into a glass coffee mug over a large ice cube
- Clip fragrant mint sprig to glass as garnish
