Cocktail Inspiration
Beautiful mix of flavors from around the world
Ingredients
- 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 45 Ml. Eldorado 12 year aged rum
- 5 Ml. Fernet Branca
- 60 Ml. Cold brew coffee
- 30 Ml. Heavy cream
- 30 Ml. Cream of coconut
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Take Licor 43, aged rum, fernet, and cold brew and add to a mixing glass
- Add ice to mixing glass and stir until chilled
- Pour over a rock of ice, in an old fashioned glass
- Now add heavy cream and cream of coconut to a mixing glass and froth for 2 min
- Pour topping over top of drink
Coffee Preparation
- Mix 1 cup of freshly ground coffee with 1 cup of fresh spring water
- Shake and let sit at room temperature in sealed mason jar for 24 hours
- Strain coffee through coffee filter
