Cocktail Inspiration

Beautiful mix of flavors from around the world

Ingredients

  • 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 45 Ml. Eldorado 12 year aged rum
  • 5 Ml. Fernet Branca
  • 60 Ml. Cold brew coffee
  • 30 Ml. Heavy cream
  • 30 Ml. Cream of coconut

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Take Licor 43, aged rum, fernet, and cold brew and add to a mixing glass
  • Add ice to mixing glass and stir until chilled
  • Pour over a rock of ice, in an old fashioned glass
  • Now add heavy cream and cream of coconut to a mixing glass and froth for 2 min
  • Pour topping over top of drink
Coffee Preparation
  • Mix 1 cup of freshly ground coffee with 1 cup of fresh spring water
  • Shake and let sit at room temperature in sealed mason jar for 24 hours
  • Strain coffee through coffee filter
