  • 15 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 15 Ml. Mezcal Espadín 400 conejos
  • 15 Ml. Ancho Reyes (chile liqueur)
  • 30 Ml. Espresso
  • 15 Ml. Lemon eureka


Cocktail Preparation
  • In an Old Fashioned glass, use a brush or spoon to spread a little Licor 43 on one side. Then, place abundant sprigs of dill (eneldo) as a garnish for the drink
  • To chill an Old Fashioned glass, you can use ice or keep it in the fridge for a few minutes before serving the drink. If you chilled it in the fridge, don't add the garnish until after, as it shouldn't be cold
  • In a mixing glass filled with ice, add 45ml of Licor 43, 15ml of Mezcal Espadín 400 Conejos, 15ml of Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur, 30ml of espresso, and 15ml of Eureka lemon. Using a bar spoon, stir for 35 seconds to chill the mixture
  • Add a large ice cube to an Old Fashioned glass and strain the mixture's ingredients using a worm strainer
Coffee Preparation
  • Extract 45 ml of espresso in 26 seconds with a dose of 18 grams in the portafilter
  • Use the full 18-gram dose of espresso and extract 30 ml for the recipe
