Brimming with a smile from ear to ear, I delight in the performance, the process, and the connection that comes in serving guests through speciality coffee (for 8 years), and now behind a cocktail bar (2 years). It’s fun to be proud of something.

Cocktail Inspiration

Waking up to a fresh cup of coffee, with vibrant blooms on the table to greet you.

Ingredients

  • 15 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 30 Ml. Cold Brew Coffee
  • 30 Ml. Pierre Ferrand 1840 Cognac
  • 4 Oz. Crème de Violette

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Add ingredients to tumbler
  • Add ice and shake
  • Double strain into a chilled Nick n Nora glass
  • Garnish with a full star anise, use tweezers to place carefully atop the cocktail to float
Coffee Preparation
  • Cold brew coffee overnight for 16-24 hours
