Apple Orchards and Starbucks

Ingredients

• 20 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 30 Ml. Cafe Bustelo
• 30 Ml. Fresh Apple Cider
• 15 Ml. Lemon
• 3 Drops Absinthe SPRAY
• 15 Ml. Caramel
• 45 Ml. WHITE RUM

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Combine ingredients in shaker
• Shake
• Spray the inside of a rocks glass with absinthe twice
• Pour over big cube
• Garnish with dehydrate apple and anise

Coffee Preparation

• Measure 32 oz cafe bustelo
• Measure 32 oz hot water (160F)
• Combine and extract with French press
