Summer of 43 a refreshing drink to enjoy in a terrace with friends.
Ingredients
- 50 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 25 Ml. Passion Fruit Puree
- 30 Ml. Lime Cordial
- 5 Ml. Basil Leaves
- 30 Ml. Espresso shot
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Prepare the espresso
- Add the ingredients into the blender except the espresso
- Add a full scoop of crushed ice and blend until smooth
- Serve in a glass can vessel
- Float the espresso and enjoy
Coffee Preparation
- Coffee used:
- Extraction method: Espresso
- Grams of ground coffee used: 20g
- Grams of liquid produced: 30ml
- Water temperature: 90ºC
- Extraction time: 15-20 seconds
