With this Cocktail, I try to leave a LEGACY!
EASY, SIMPLE AND DELICIUS…
Cocktail Inspiration
My inspiration to create this cocktails was a Poem with the same name writted fro Carlos Páes Vilaró
Ingredients
- 60 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 45 Ml. Cold Brew
- 15 Ml. Olive Oil
- 22 Ml. Yuzu Juice
- 5 Drops Orange Bitter
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Put Licor 43 in the shaker.
- Add the others ingredients.
- Complete the Shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
- In an Old Fashioned glass add a clear ice cube.
- Pour your cocktail in the glass with double strainer.
- On the top of clear ice cube add one coffee beans and an orange peel.
- With another orange peel, extract its oils on top of the cocktail.

Coffee Preparation
- I use 70 grams of Sumatra Beans.
- Grind your coffee.
- Put the ground coffee in a container and add 560 grams of cold water.
- Keep your production 24 hours in the fridge.
- 24 hours later, filter your coffee and store it in an airtight container.
- Ready to use within 3 days.
