My cocktail was thought of in the culture of waking up and having a coffee before working, but also in the consumption of coffee among bartenders at dawn, and how this influences the sleep quality.

Ingredients

  • 40 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 5 Drops Lemon balm sheets
  • 30 Ml. Tangerine Juice
  • 25 Ml. Cold Brew
  • 20 Ml. White Cachaça

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Add to the cocktail shaker, 5 lemon balm leaves
  • Add 30ml of tangerine juice to the cocktail shaker and lightly macerate 3 times with the lemon balm
  • Add 40ml of Liqueur 43
  • Add 20ml of White Cachaça
  • Add 25ml of Cold Brew
  • Add ice
  • Beat all the ingredients
  • Pass the mixture through double straining into a previously chilled couple glass.
  • Finish with a lemon balm leaf inside the glass
Coffee Preparation
  • Coarse grinding of a hundred per cent arabica coffee, average five roasts, being light with chocolate nuances, medium acidity and persistent aftertaste
  • Put the ground coffee to infuse (immersion) with the warm water, after cooling take it to the fridge (still infusion) and leave it for twenty-four hours
  • After twenty-four hours, strain the cold brew and keep it cold
