The Sunset Sip is an ode to adventure. Made with rum, coconut milk and Licor 43, this drink has a special touch of coffee and Angostura. An unique and daring mix that will sound like Caribbean.

Ingredients

• 35 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 25 Ml. White Rum
• 20 Ml. Coconut milk
• 50 Ml. Expresso
• 4 Dashes Angostura Aromatic

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Pour all the ingreients into cocktail shaker
• Shake it
• Pour over into a cognac glass with a clear ice
• Finish the cocktail with a orange zest

Coffee Preparation

• For the coffee, use a medium roasted bean with tropical fruits notes (natural process)
• Use 16g of coffee beans for 50ml of expresso
• Extract the coffee in a expresso machine, using fine grind
