  • 22 Ml. Plantation Rum 3 Star
  • 22 Ml. Vida del Maguey Mezcal
  • 30 Ml. MCR Espresso (Front Porch Blend)
  • 3 Dashes Aztec Chocolate Bitters
  • 1 Ml. Coffee Grounds Dusting


Cocktail Preparation
  • Prepare Espresso
  • Measure ingredients
  • Shake with ice
  • Double strain into a coupe
  • Dust with coffee grounds
Coffee Preparation
  • Grind coffee beans
  • Weigh coffee (19.5 grams)
  • Utilize WDT tool to distribute grounds
  • Tamp coffee grounds
  • Pull shot (27 seconds and 40 grams output)
