Cocktail Inspiration
A boba tea shop in summer
Ingredients
- 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 2 Oz. Goslings Black Seal Rum
- 2 Oz. Kaoliang
- 2 Oz. Remy Martin
- 1 Oz. Yuzu juice
- 2 Oz. Brewed thai tea
- 1 Oz. La Colombe Cold Brew Concentrate
- 1 Dashes Cinnamon stick and star anise
- 6 Oz. Equal parts brown sugar and water
- 3 Oz. Whole milk
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Dissolve brown sugar, water, cinnamon stick, and star anise.
- Combine equal parts Licor 43 Original, Rum, Cognac, Kaoliang, brewed tea, and spiced brown sugar syrup into large container.
- To large container, slowly add whole milk into liquor mixture until curds begin to form, allowing to sit at room temperature for 2 hours.
- Strain through two coffee filters until clarified extract runs clear.
- Pour over large chunk of ice in lowball glass, garnish with brown sugar boba for additional fun.

- La Colombe cold brew concentrate
