Cocktail Inspiration

A boba tea shop in summer

Ingredients

  • 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 2 Oz. Goslings Black Seal Rum
  • 2 Oz. Kaoliang
  • 2 Oz. Remy Martin
  • 1 Oz. Yuzu juice
  • 2 Oz. Brewed thai tea
  • 1 Oz. La Colombe Cold Brew Concentrate
  • 1 Dashes Cinnamon stick and star anise
  • 6 Oz. Equal parts brown sugar and water
  • 3 Oz. Whole milk

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Dissolve brown sugar, water, cinnamon stick, and star anise.
  • Combine equal parts Licor 43 Original, Rum, Cognac, Kaoliang, brewed tea, and spiced brown sugar syrup into large container.
  • To large container, slowly add whole milk into liquor mixture until curds begin to form, allowing to sit at room temperature for 2 hours.
  • Strain through two coffee filters until clarified extract runs clear.
  • Pour over large chunk of ice in lowball glass, garnish with brown sugar boba for additional fun.
