Las Vegas native who enjoy creating a memorable experience thru joy of cocktail making, this cocktail was inspired by an Italian trend of tonic water and espresso. A refreshing pick me up.

Ingredients

  • 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 22 Ml. Fernet Menta
  • 22 Ml. Espresso
  • 60 Ml. Tonic water
  • 3 Dashes Angostura bitters
  • 6 Drops Saline solution

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Combine all ingredients except for tonic water
  • Shake for 3-4 seconds vigorously with ice
  • Strain in Collins glass
  • Add tonic water and crushed ice last
  • Garnish with mint and orange peel
Coffee Preparation
  • Brew espresso
