Las Vegas native who enjoy creating a memorable experience thru joy of cocktail making, this cocktail was inspired by an Italian trend of tonic water and espresso. A refreshing pick me up.
Ingredients
- 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 22 Ml. Fernet Menta
- 22 Ml. Espresso
- 60 Ml. Tonic water
- 3 Dashes Angostura bitters
- 6 Drops Saline solution
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Combine all ingredients except for tonic water
- Shake for 3-4 seconds vigorously with ice
- Strain in Collins glass
- Add tonic water and crushed ice last
- Garnish with mint and orange peel
Coffee Preparation
- Brew espresso
