I am an aspiring cocktail and food creator. For years, I have been coming up with fun cocktails to showcase different spirits and regions and the fun with it.
Ingredients
- 23 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 37 Ml. Bulleit Rye Whiskey
- 1 Oz. Bokobsa Boukha
- 1 Dashes Mint Bitters
- 1 Oz. Espresso
- 2 Oz. Mint Whipped Cream (Garnish)
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Brew the Espresso and set aside.
- Create your Mint Whipped Cream (1 pint heavy cream, 3 oz mint (minced), 3 drops mint extract, 3 tablespoons confectioners sugar) and using the stand mixer on slow to high until soft peaks are formed.
- Set Aside the whipped cream for later.
- In an iced cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients (except whipped cream) and shake vigorously for 30-45 seconds until
- Strain in a chilled coupe glass and add a dollop of whipped cream
