I wanted to create something completely different from just another espresso martini. Stirring a cocktail that has espresso in it, is something completely different that i’ve never seen and is insane.

Cocktail Inspiration

The inspiration came from the classic revolver cocktail

Ingredients

• 15 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 2 Oz. 100 proof Rye whiskey
• 1 Oz. Cocchi Sweet Vermouth
• 15 Ml. Ciociaro
• 15 Ml. Suze
• 8 Ml. espresso
• 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
• 1 Dashes Molasses bitters
• 5 Ml. Absinthe spritz

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass
• Add ice and stir
• Pour in a frozen coupe spritzed with absinthe
• Garnish with a flammed marshmallows

Coffee Preparation

• Espresso shot
