I am medical student currently working to become a doctor. On my free time I love to experiment and taste coffee in all its different brewing styles and origins. I have been able to work with so many great brewers that push my palate and passion.

Cocktail Inspiration

The dream come true: Espresso martini, carajillo, and chocolate martini elements come together for when you cannot decide between these three digestifs

Ingredients

  • 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 30 Ml. 360 Double Chocolate Vodka
  • 30 Ml. KahlĂșa
  • 30 Ml. Nicaraguan Cold Brew
  • 30 Ml. Heavy Cream

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • In a mixing glass combine Licor 43, 360 Double Chocolate vodka, Cold brew, and KahlĂșa. Stir.
  • Pour your mixture into your drinking glass on top of a large ice cube. Stir.
  • Use a spoon to carefully layer heavy cream over your drink, be careful to not mix these layers prematurely.
  • Dust with Cocoa Powder.
Coffee Preparation
  • Weigh out 85g of Single origin medium roasted Nicaraguan coffee beans
  • Grind coarsely for cold brew method
  • Add 1200ml of water ( 1:14 ratio) and allow to steep for 24hrs.
