Carajillo

Ingredients

• 22 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 22 Ml. Horse Soldier Bourbon
• 22 Ml. Combier Banane
• 44 Ml. Espresso
• 74 Ml. Banana Carmel Syrup
• 591 Ml. Heavy Whipping Cream
• 3 Drops Saline

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Add Liquor to shaker tin.
• Add Espresso to shaker tin.
• Shake vigorously for 5-10 seconds.
• Double strain into coupe, sprinkle black lava salt on top of foam.
• Top with Banana Carmel Whipped Cream.

Coffee Preparation

• Grind beans.
• Measure into espresso shot, and press.
• Brew and bottle.
