Ingredients

• 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 1 Oz. Watershed Nocino
• 1 Oz. Double Shot Espresso
• 15 Ml. Maple syrup
• 4 Dashes Orange bitters
• 1 Drops Cinnamon (dry powder) 1 pinch

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Combine ingredients in cocktail tin
• Shake aggressively
• Double strain into a coupe
• Serve

Coffee Preparation

• Grind a dose of 18 grams
• Tamp
• Extract yield of approx 36 grams
