Is orange the new black? Who knows… but “The orange one” is the most incredible cocktail made with the amazing licor 43.
Ride together on this orange wave, with little a cup of coffee.

Ingredients

• 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 45 Ml. Coffee
• 10 Ml. Aperol
• 30 Ml. Tanqueray Sevilla
• 5 Dashes Angostura Cocoa
• 7 Ml. Fresh Lemon juice
• 20 Ml. Fresh Orange juice

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Shake all ingredients
• Pour over into a french press glass
• Garnish: Dhydrated orange, dark chocolate and fleur de sel

Coffee Preparation

• For the coffee, use a light roasted bean with yellow fruits notes (arara varietal, sprouting process, high complexity)
• Use 12g coffee beans for each 100ml of water
• Extract the coffee in an french press for 3,5 minutes and 90ºC, using N10º grind
• Let it decant and use it refrigerated
