Using ingredients from the Caribbean and the colonial zone of Cartagena, this cocktail was born in a natural way banana / coconut / panela sweet, I fortified the flavors of liquor 43.

Cocktail Inspiration

I was inspired by the street El Portal del Dulce located in the historic center of the city of Cartagena

Ingredients

  • 23 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 45 Ml. French Press
  • 30 Ml. Spiced Rum with Banana and Coconut Water
  • 5 Drops Chocolate Bitters
  • 3 Ml. Coffee air, cardamom and vanilla
  • 1 Dashes Garnish Plantain Tile and Panela and Coconut Sweet
