Ingredients

  • 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 35 Ml. Espresso
  • 30 Ml. Mezcal
  • 35 Ml. Heavy cream

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • We add 45 ml of Licor 43 Original, 30 ml of mezcal, 35 ml of heavy cream and 35 ml of hot espresso in the shaker.
  • We put ice in the shaker
  • Shake between 20 and 30 seconds
  • To serve in a plain old fashion glass we use a strainer
  • We decorate with 3 coffee beans
Coffee Preparation
  • We make a lot of espresso in a espresso machine
  • We put the coffee with fine grinding in the portafilter
  • We do the extraction and we have the espresso
