Well my inpiration was the tiki culture and the similation between costa rica and all the things that you can find in this culture, like the fruits, spices, spirits and the happiness.


  • 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 30 Ml. expresso
  • 15 Ml. falernun
  • 15 Ml. orget syrup
  • 45 Ml. dark ron
  • 30 Ml. mix Orange and pineapple juice
  • 15 Ml. cinamon, gloves, cardamom syrup


Cocktail Preparation
  • And ice to the shaker
  • Put all the ingredients on the shaker
  • Add a basil leave and a orange peel to the shaker
  • Shake the coctail hardely
  • Make a double strain at the moment to serve the coctail on the tiki mug
  • O the decoration whit deshidrataired orange, coffe beans, basil and flower
Coffee Preparation
  • Used coffee: arabica
  • Extraction method: Espresso
  • Grams of dry coffee used: 25 gr
  • Grams of liquid coffee used: 30 ml
  • Water temperature: 95 celcius
  • Extraction time: 25 seg
