Im a Mexican bartender working at Freehouse bar inside Sofitel hotels and resorts in Mexico City. This cocktail has strong body and a wild touch with the mezcal.
Ingredients
- 25 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 45 Ml. Espresso
- 30 Ml. Apple cider
- 25 Ml. Mezcal tobalá the lost explorer
- 2 Dashes Tangerine bitter
- 2 Drops Citric solution
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Put the shot of espresso, mezcal, licor 43, citric acid and tangerine bitters into the shaker
- Add ice and shake to form a thick foam
- Add a long rectangular ice into a highball glass and add the apple cider
- Pour the mix of the shaker into the highball glass
- Garnish with an orange peel and orange cookie crumble
Coffee Preparation
- Grind the coffee in the espresso machine
- Select the espresso measure on the machine and brew
