Tobalá 43 fizz



Im a Mexican bartender working at Freehouse bar inside Sofitel hotels and resorts in Mexico City. This cocktail has strong body and a wild touch with the mezcal.


  • 25 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 45 Ml. Espresso
  • 30 Ml. Apple cider
  • 25 Ml. Mezcal tobalá the lost explorer
  • 2 Dashes Tangerine bitter
  • 2 Drops Citric solution


Cocktail Preparation
  • Put the shot of espresso, mezcal, licor 43, citric acid and tangerine bitters into the shaker
  • Add ice and shake to form a thick foam
  • Add a long rectangular ice into a highball glass and add the apple cider
  • Pour the mix of the shaker into the highball glass
  • Garnish with an orange peel and orange cookie crumble
Coffee Preparation
  • Grind the coffee in the espresso machine
  • Select the espresso measure on the machine and brew
