Tonic infusion

As a cocoa and coffee lover, I combined liqueur 43 with my passions to create a refreshing, fruity and citrusy drink.

Ingredients

  • 20 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 100 Ml. strained coffee
  • 70 Ml. Tonic water
  • 200 Ml. Ice cubes
  • 22 Ml. Orange

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Put 50 grams of ice in a long drink glass.
  • Add 30 ml de liqueur 43 on the ice.
  • Slowly add 100 ml do the strained Coffee.
  • Finish with 70 ml of tonic water.
Coffee Preparation
  • Place 10 grams of coffee and another 10 grams of Amazonian cocoa pods in the coffee filter.
  • Add 150 grams of ice and 1 slice of orange to the coffee pot.
  • Filter the coffee mixture with the cocoa husks with 200 ml of hot water (93 degrees celsius).
