Cocktail Inspiration

Licor 43 and rum


  • 22 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 30 Ml. Appleton Rum
  • 30 Ml. House made Cold Brew Coffee
  • 15 Ml. House made Guinness Stout Simple Syrup
  • 7 Ml. House made Orange Blossom simple syrup
  • 7 Ml. House made Super Foam
  • 2 Dashes Chocolate Bitters
  • 2 Drops Saline


Cocktail Preparation
  • Combine all ingredients into a mixing tin and add ice and shake vigorously
  • Reverse dry shake. So step 2 is strain into short mixing tin and dump ice
  • Dry shake
  • Strain into chilled coupe glass
  • Peel orange and extract the oils around the rim of the glass
  • Garnish with orange peel and three coffee beans
Coffee Preparation
  • Weigh out 55 grams of coffee beans
  • Grind coffee beans for cold brew
  • Pour coffee grinds into filter for cold brew
  • Add filter water to the fill line on cold brew coffee maker
  • Let sit for 8 hours
