Cocktail Inspiration

Inspirado en los sabores acidos y fuertes que a la gente le suele gustar y busca la gente en una cafeteria

Ingredients

  • 60 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 20 Ml. Vermouth rosso
  • 20 Ml. Lemon jush
  • 1 Oz. Black berry
  • 1 Oz. Fig
  • 60 Ml. Espress
  • 20 Ml. Jack daniels

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • We macerate the fig and blueberries with the rosso vermouth and the jack daniels
  • We pour the strained mash into a shaker with the other missing ingredients and shake for 30 seconds.
  • Pour the mixture into a Tom Collins glass with ice. We decorate with a half slice of fig and a blueberry with a coffee bean and perfume with orange peel.
Coffee Preparation
  • We calibrate the mill so that our ratio is 2 to 1.
  • We place the coffee in our handle and compress so that our extraction is for 28 seconds.
