  • 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 20 Ml. Blended brandy (ypioca 160)
  • 10 Ml. Toasted marshmallow syrup
  • 15 Ml. Lime juice


Cocktail Preparation
  • Place the mixing glass in the freezer to chill.
  • Carefully measure the ingredients - blended brandy, Licor 43, Tahitian lime juice, toasted marshmallow syrup
  • Add the chilled ingredients to the mixing glass. 4. Stirring: Gently stir the ingredients with a bar spoon until well mixed.
  • Serve the drink in a pre-chilled on rocks glass. 6. Finish with Float: Top the drink with a float of Vanilla Brasil.

Coffee Preparation
  • Heat the water to about 93C
  • Use a ratio of 1g of coffee to 10g of water.
  • Place a coffee filter in the dripper and rinse it with hot water to remove any paper taste and to preheat the dripper.
  • Place the ground coffee into the prepped filter.
  • Pour a small amount of hot water over the coffee grounds (about twice the weight of the coffee) and let it sit for 30 seconds to bloom, allowing the coffee to de-gas.
  • Slowly pour the remaining water over the coffee grounds in a circular motion, ensuring even saturation. This process should take about 3 minutes.
  • Once the brewing is complete, pour the coffee into a serving vessel and enjoy.
