Cocktail Inspiration

Healing Cacao and truffles

Ingredients

  • 15 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 30 Ml. Creamy Peruvian Cacao Milk
  • 15 Ml. Pure vanilla beans
  • 60 Ml. Tia maria infused mezcal split with reposado
  • 30 Ml. Espresso
  • 5 Ml. Fresh grated cacao nibs (for scent) dash of orange bitters

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Add all contents to shaker besides garnish. Shake and strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with shaved cacao beans.
Coffee Preparation
  • Going espresso beans. Press beans. Collect dripped espresso
