Healing Cacao and truffles
Ingredients
- 15 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 30 Ml. Creamy Peruvian Cacao Milk
- 15 Ml. Pure vanilla beans
- 60 Ml. Tia maria infused mezcal split with reposado
- 30 Ml. Espresso
- 5 Ml. Fresh grated cacao nibs (for scent) dash of orange bitters
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Add all contents to shaker besides garnish. Shake and strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with shaved cacao beans.
Coffee Preparation
- Going espresso beans. Press beans. Collect dripped espresso
