Cocktail Inspiration

Ingredients
- 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 60 Ml. Copalli white rum
- 15 Ml. Hup Übe Syrup
- 15 Ml. cold brew coffee
- 15 Ml. lemon juice
- 15 Ml. heavy whipping cream
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Mix all ingredients except whipping cream in a shaker with ice
- Shake for 7-10 seconds and strain into a coupe
- Shake heavy whipping cream for 7-10 second and pour over the back of a bar spoon on top of cocktail
- Add drops of Angostura bitters and run toothpick thru them so they look like hearts.
