Cocktail Inspiration

Music and flavors from the Caribbean Hawaii & London

Ingredients

  • 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 60 Ml. Copalli white rum
  • 15 Ml. Hup Übe Syrup
  • 15 Ml. cold brew coffee
  • 15 Ml. lemon juice
  • 15 Ml. heavy whipping cream

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Mix all ingredients except whipping cream in a shaker with ice
  • Shake for 7-10 seconds and strain into a coupe
  • Shake heavy whipping cream for 7-10 second and pour over the back of a bar spoon on top of cocktail
  • Add drops of Angostura bitters and run toothpick thru them so they look like hearts.

  • Cold brew coffee
