Cocktail Inspiration

Inspired by the underground bars of new york and gin & tonic habit

Ingredients

• 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 30 Ml. Mezcal
• 30 Ml. Cold brew coffee
• 22 Ml. Lime juice
• 7 Ml. Fernet branca
• 90 Ml. Tonic water

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Prepare cold brew using immersion method
• Add all ingredients besides tonic water to a shaker and shake vigorously
• Strain into collins glass
• Add ice
• Top with tonic water and a lime

Coffee Preparation

• Immerse espresso ground coffee into water for 24 hours
• Strain
