Cocktail Inspiration

My cocktail is inspired in New Life and Transformation

Ingredients

  • 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 45 Ml. Coconut oil Fatwashed Aged Rum (Coconut Cartel)
  • 45 Ml. Pineapple and cardamom Cordial
  • 20 Ml. Limón mandarina
  • 2 Dashes Cacao Bitters
  • 120 Ml. Cold Brew Tepache

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Add all the ingredients except the Cold Brew Tepache, and dry shake for about 10 seconds to create a foam.
  • Wet shake with plenty ice
  • Pour the cocktail mix to a highball glass with ice
  • Top with the Cold Brew Tepache
  • Garnish with Pineapple Leaves, Dehydrated pineapple wheel, edible flower, and grated organic chocolate
Coffee Preparation
  • Mix coffee grind with, pineapple peels and heart, cinnamon sticks, a clove, and organic sugar
  • Let it ferment for 2 - 3 days
  • Strain and bottle
