As everything traditional was one day innovative, with this cocktail I thought of mixing flavours and combinations that I previously loved, Licor 43, orange chocolate and coffee.

Ingredients

• 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 20 Ml. Compañero Panama Extra Añejo Rum
• 10 Ml. Compañero Trinidad Ron Elixir Orange
• 20 Ml. Orange Juice
• 20 Ml. Lemon Juice
• 30 Ml. Espresso coffee

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Chill old fashioned glass with ice
• Prepare espresso shot and set aside
• Prepare all the other ingredients in the cocktail shaker and add the espresso
• Shake for 10 to 15 seconds to create a nice foam
• Discard the previous ice and fine strain over ice in the glass
• Garnish with a coffee bean

• Espresso Colombian blended
• 28-29 sec extraction
• 30 ml
