Cartago 43 it’s a spiced and citrus twist of a carajillo, make it with a licor43 base, cold brew and balanced with pale cream sherry and smoky cream.
Ingredients
- 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 45 Ml. Cold brew
- 10 Ml. Pale cream sherry
- 25 Ml. Smoky cream
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass, but no the cream
- Stir until it gets balanced
- Strain it in the cocktail glass, previously chilled
- Dry shake for the smoky cream and pour it on the top
- Add the tonka, cinnamon and cacao powder on top
Coffee Preparation
- Use blended citrus coffee and still water. Add crushed tonka, cinnamon and cacao and leave it in the fridge for 24h
- Take it out the fridge, and filter it.
- Pour it in a bottle and let it stabilise z so
