Cartago 43 it’s a spiced and citrus twist of a carajillo, make it with a licor43 base, cold brew and balanced with pale cream sherry and smoky cream.

Ingredients

  • 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 45 Ml. Cold brew
  • 10 Ml. Pale cream sherry
  • 25 Ml. Smoky cream

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass, but no the cream
  • Stir until it gets balanced
  • Strain it in the cocktail glass, previously chilled
  • Dry shake for the smoky cream and pour it on the top
  • Add the tonka, cinnamon and cacao powder on top
Coffee Preparation
  • Use blended citrus coffee and still water. Add crushed tonka, cinnamon and cacao and leave it in the fridge for 24h
  • Take it out the fridge, and filter it.
  • Pour it in a bottle and let it stabilise z so
