Knowledge is part of an ancestral cosmo-vision that transcends for the evolution of a unique sensory experience
Ingredients
- 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 30 Ml. Whiskey Bourbon Jim Beam
- 60 Ml. Pour Over Kalita Wave Crystal 185
- 4 Ml. Mexican Lemon Juice
- 15 Ml. Coconut syrup 1883
- 30 Ml. Egg white
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Place all the ingredients in a Boston shaker
- Shake the shaker with the ingredients for 20 sec
- Then add ice and shake again for 15 sec
- Serve in an old fashion glass with an ice applying a double strain
- Finally we decorate with a Chocolate Cream Pocky stick
Coffee Preparation
- Kalita Wave of Crystal 185
- 14 gr de Mezcla Parábola, by Parabola Coffee Roasters.
- Medium grind
- Water temperature 89 C
- Amount of water 210 g
- Bloom of 28 gr (4 pours of 45.5 gr with intervals of 15 sec) Extraction time 3:45 min
- Let stand until its temperature is 65 C to use for the cocktail.
