Cocktail Inspiration
Inspired by a collision of coffee and tiki
Ingredients
- 22 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 30 Ml. Smith and Cross Jamaican rum
- 22 Ml. cold brew
- 7 Ml. amontillado sherry
- 15 Ml. lime juice
- 15 Ml. pineapple juice
- 7 Ml. rich demerara syrup
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Add all ingredients into shaker and add pebble ice
- Shake hard for 8-10 seconds and dirty dump
- Top with more pebble ice and garnish
Coffee Preparation
- Use immersion maker to brew blend of arabica cold brew
