Cocktail Inspiration

Inspired by a collision of coffee and tiki

Ingredients

  • 22 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 30 Ml. Smith and Cross Jamaican rum
  • 22 Ml. cold brew
  • 7 Ml. amontillado sherry
  • 15 Ml. lime juice
  • 15 Ml. pineapple juice
  • 7 Ml. rich demerara syrup

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Add all ingredients into shaker and add pebble ice
  • Shake hard for 8-10 seconds and dirty dump
  • Top with more pebble ice and garnish
Coffee Preparation
  • Use immersion maker to brew blend of arabica cold brew
