Ingredients

  • 50 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 45 Ml. Cold Brew
  • 20 Ml. Aperol
  • 5 Ml. Lemon Juice
  • 8 Drops Angostura cacao
  • 20 Ml. Tonic Water

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker except the tonic water.
  • Shake in a shaker with ice for 15 seconds
  • Pour the mixture with double strain in an old fashioned glass with ice
  • Add the tonic water, integrate the mixture and decorate with a dehydrated orange with chocolate
Coffee Preparation
  • Add 150 grams of coffee to a liter of mineral water
  • Let the mixture settle for 24 hours and then filter
