Ingredients
- 50 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 45 Ml. Cold Brew
- 20 Ml. Aperol
- 5 Ml. Lemon Juice
- 8 Drops Angostura cacao
- 20 Ml. Tonic Water
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker except the tonic water.
- Shake in a shaker with ice for 15 seconds
- Pour the mixture with double strain in an old fashioned glass with ice
- Add the tonic water, integrate the mixture and decorate with a dehydrated orange with chocolate
Coffee Preparation
- Add 150 grams of coffee to a liter of mineral water
- Let the mixture settle for 24 hours and then filter
