I’ve celebrated all year of my 43th year around the sun sharing this recipe

Ingredients

• 25 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 25 Ml. Fresh lemon juice
• 1 Oz. Egg white
• 1 Dashes Angostura bitters
• 75 Ml. La adelita Anejo tequila

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Separate the egg white
• Combine all ingredients in shaker dry hard shake
• Add ice shake strain into coupe glass express lemon plank and garnish

Coffee Preparation

• Fresh brewed espresso 2oz
• 1 oz of licor 43
• Shake pour over ice
• Top with 1 oz of Amarula cream
