Ingredients

  • 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 50 Ml. Coldbrew (peru coffee bean
  • 70 Ml. Aloe vera drink (without pulp)
  • 10 Ml. Lime juice
  • 60 Ml. Champagne

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Add everything except champagne to a highball, add ice and stir.
  • Add more ice nad top up with champagne. Stir slightly.
  • Add garnish. (Aloe vera pulp and grape wheels on a small spoon)
Coffee Preparation
  • Medium grind PaperMill Peru coffee bean.
  • Steep with 1 to 6 ratio with cold water for 18 hours
  • Strain with a coffee strainer.
