Ingredients
- 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 50 Ml. Coldbrew (peru coffee bean
- 70 Ml. Aloe vera drink (without pulp)
- 10 Ml. Lime juice
- 60 Ml. Champagne
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Add everything except champagne to a highball, add ice and stir.
- Add more ice nad top up with champagne. Stir slightly.
- Add garnish. (Aloe vera pulp and grape wheels on a small spoon)
Coffee Preparation
- Medium grind PaperMill Peru coffee bean.
- Steep with 1 to 6 ratio with cold water for 18 hours
- Strain with a coffee strainer.
